In December Worthing Carol Service which started at the earlier time of 11am and led for one more time by our dear George Eve was very well attended by not only the residents of Worthing but also some local guests. Perhaps it had something to do with the aroma of mulled wine and scrummy mince pies which I believe also helped with the singing! We do hope to see you more often during the year;  our Church is open daily and offers two services each month for worship.  So please swing by and see what’s happening!

Our Sunday Services for the month fall on the 10^th for Holy Communion which is open to everyone who wishes to receive Holy Communion but it’s not exclusive! So don’t be shy, come along….. and 24^th for Morning Prayer both starting at 11am, followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet and chat with local parishioners  We hope you are able to join us.

Advance notice:  A date to remember so put this one in your diary.  We are pleased to announce our forthcoming Table Top Sale & Coffee Morning.  We are all much aware that a greater effort must be made to REUSE, RENEW AND RECYCLE goods.  Therefore to help with household budgets we have planned a PREVIEW of the sale of goods on Friday 1^st March between 2-3pm where you may reserve items and the doors open for the ACTUAL SALE on Saturday 2^nd March 11pm. Items could start as little as 50p and possibly for the larger household items up to £15 ono.  Look out for the posters!

If you’ve had a chance to do some Spring cleaning or sorting of cupboards & drawers etc., at home and would like to donate any household wares, DVD’s, books, jewellery, garden tools for this sale, then please contact Celia on 01362 668928.  But do remember to drop in to our church on the 1^st or 2nd, you may just pick up a bargain or two yourself and help raise funds for our mission & ministry work (early birds also welcome).
